• Portrait Photography: Individual, couple, and family portrait sessions.
• Wedding Photography: Wedding, engagement, and special occasion photography.
• Travel Photography: Professional photography sessions at Istanbul's historical and touristic locations.
• Event Photography: Photography services for corporate events, conferences, and private gatherings.
• Digital and Printed Products: Delivery of photographs in digital format and various printing options.

Detailed descriptions, prices, session duration, and other features of each service and product are specified on the relevant package pages of our website. All features of the service/product you select will be presented for your approval again on the order confirmation page during the purchase process.

The total price including taxes for each service and product is clearly indicated on the package detail pages of our website. The total amount you will pay varies according to the package you choose and any extra services, and is clearly specified before the purchase transaction.

Services and products included in the total price:

• Professional photography service at the specified time and location
• Professional editing and retouching of photographs
• Delivery of the specified number of digital photographs
• Printed photographs included in the package (if any)
• Other services specified within the package scope

Services not included in the total price and subject to additional fees:

• Additional printed photograph requests
• Photography requests at locations outside the package
• Additional shooting time beyond the standard session duration
• Special editing and retouching requests
• Transportation costs to the shooting location (beyond a certain distance)

5.1. Payment Options

• Credit/Debit Card Payment: Instant payment through our secure payment infrastructure.
• Bank Transfer: You can make payments to our bank accounts.
• Deposit Option: 30% of the total amount at the time of reservation, the remaining 70% before the service.

5.2. Delivery Information

• Digital Photographs: Delivered in downloadable format through your personal online gallery within 48 hours after the photography session.
• Printed Products: Shipped to your specified address within 7-10 business days after your approval.
• Delivery Fee: Digital deliveries within Turkey are free of charge. Shipping costs for physical products may vary depending on the order amount and delivery address.

Under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Distance Contracts Regulation, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason and without paying any penalties, except in the following cases:

• The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for personalized digital products and photographs created according to your specific requests.
• Photography services reserved for a specific date or period can be canceled up to 72 hours before the reservation date.
• The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for photographs and digital content that are delivered instantly in digital format and have been downloaded by you.
• The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for physical print products whose packaging has been opened.
