Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to make it right.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of booking your order. We will refund the full cost of the product, but we will not refund comissions and tax fees.

If you cancel your reservation, we will refund your payment minus 20% cancellation fee.

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] and provide your order number and the reason for your request. We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving your request.

Returns

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at [email protected] and provide your order number and a photo of the damage or defect. We will process your return and send you a replacement product within 7 business days of receiving your request.

If you received the wrong product, please contact us at [email protected] and provide your order number and the name of the product you were supposed to receive. We will process your return and send you the correct product within 7 business days of receiving your request.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
